We will be back for 3rd and last game between both teams.
Vettori: "We talked about some key things from the last game that we needed to improve on. The partnership between Guptill and McCullum was key. The fielding can make such a difference to how the bowlers feel. TAylor catch and Guptill run out. We have talked about our top batsmen playing on and it was fantastic how McCullum played."
Younis: A good partnership between Baz and Guptill took the game away from us. Back to back wickets in our innings was the turning point of this match. We would like to field the Kiwis in the next game to win that one.
Got an opportunity to bat first on a good wicket, was a little guilty of throwing it away in the past, but today I and Guptill did well. Pretty pleased with today's effort.
Man of the Match: Brendon McCullum (NZL):- Runs: 131 - Balls: 129 - 4's: 14 - 6's: 3 - S/R: 101.55
Stay tuned for the presentation
Then they came out and bowled with purpose to choke the Pakistanis to a slow death. The Pakistan side never got going and they were never in the hunt after a sedate start. It is all down to the final ODI to decide the fate of this series.
A thoroughly professional effort from the Kiwis to level the series. McCullum starred with the bat with useful contributions from Guptill and Oram to take NZ to 303.
